There is a teegle rezzer at the start of every trail. There also is a teegle rezzer mid-way through 1st trail at the sim crossing as indicated on the map.
I had some issues teleporting from Trail 4 to Trail 5 as you're teleporting to a different sim. You need to click in the middle of the fire spiral to teleport.
